At Watson's Greenhouse, we want your home and garden to flourish; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all plants are in their original nursery pots and hard goods remain in unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile garden decor is padded and live plants are upright and ventilated.

• 3.
  Ship to the Greenhouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horticulturalists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
